Celebrate brightly, celebrate safely.
- Only adults should light fireworks. Keep children at a safe distance.
- Use outdoors on a level, clear surface. Never light indoors or near dry grass.
- Keep a bucket of water or sand nearby. Do not pick up unexploded items.
- Do not lean over fireworks. Light the fuse at arm’s length, then step back.
- Never hold rockets or bombs in the hand. Use a bottle or stand for rockets.
- Store unused crackers in a cool, dry place away from flames and children.
- Follow local police timings and noise rules. Be kind to pets and neighbours.
- Buy from licensed shops. Do not modify or combine fireworks.
